Learn, Play, Grow

Our company slogan is learn, play, grow. This expresses our commitment to providing a curriculum that emphasises learning through play and and growing through learning and playing. We believe that children learn through engaging in their environment and exploring with their full senses.

We aim to scaffold the learning of all children through thoughtfully planned learning experiences. In order to achieve this, we recognise the importance of observing and planning for each child individually as well as the group as a whole. We also allow the children autonomy over their learning and daily routine, recognising this as promoting and fostering their strong sense of self.

Our learning environments are created in close consultation with the children and with their current interests and developmental level in mind. We aim to provide a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment in which all children can feel confident to explore.

We believe in promoting and facilitating healthy and strong children, in mind, body and spirit. We commit ourselves to developing positive and healthy dispositions towards nutrition, physical exercise and overall wellbeing.

Picasso once said, “Every child is an artist.” We believe in the innate creativity of all children, allowing them to revel in the process of creation rather than focussing on the end product.

As educators, we commit ourselves to the ongoing pursuit of professional learning and development. We recognise the responsibility that our profession entails and aim to continually keep our knowledge of early childhood development in order to offer the best possible care and education.
